If the annual financial statement results a surplus, it will first pay taxes and make up for deficiency. The first 10% of the retained-earning is appropriated as legal capital reserve, and special capital reserve will be appropriated in accordance to regulations. The rest will be combined with the unappropriated earnings of the same period for the board of directors to draw up a surplus earnings distribution proposal or retain part of the surplus. The proposals are then submitted to the shareholders meeting for a resolution. Our dividend policy is in line with the current and future development goals. After considerations of the investment environment, capital demand, domestic and international competitiveness, interests of shareholders, etc., the shareholder dividend distribution is determined to be no less than 15% of the year's distributable earnings.
